Go Hanna!

After a long a very frustrating fight my mate Hanna last night got the call for her new lungs, having only been on the transplant list 5 days!!!!
So far everything has been going to plan but u never know with ops like that so got everything crossed she'll pull through the surgery without incident and make a quick recovery, if anyone deserves it, she does!! Can't tell u how nervous I am, way more than when's was waiting for a transplant. God knows how parents go through this!!!
Anyway, everything crossed for her <3

Finally in!

After a very down and up year when I've been at an all time low to a 15 year high, I've finally succumbed to an infection. That said, I still feel better now than I did last year when I was well, and considering this is the first time I've needed IVs or an admission in 12 months I'm feeling positive about things. Just a shame it's under 3 weeks till Xmas but better to get in and get sorted than try and struggle on. Fingers crossed they work.

One Day...

I will get around to actually updating my blog, and posting regularly. Unfortunately though, over the last 6 months, i've been having some health problems, and very little support from doctors etc. I'm still going strong though, and I'm here to stay!!
